This role focuses on executing territory strategies that increase market share by supporting existing customers while identifying and developing new opportunities across ophthalmology and optometry physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), hospitals, and academic medical centers. The Clinical Solutions Consultant serves as the primary commercial contact for eye care providers within the territory, delivering disease-state education, clinical product knowledge, and consultative support that enables physicians to integrate regenerative biologic technologies into patient care. Success in this role requires a highly motivated, relationship-driven sales professional with strong clinical curiosity, disciplined territory management skills, and a proven ability to consistently exceed sales objectives.
