This role partners closely with regional sales leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams to identify key customer accounts and implement practice optimization initiatives that enable efficient clinical integration of ocular biologic therapies. The Regional Practice Integration Manager serves as a clinical workflow and practice optimization expert, working directly with physician practices to develop and implement protocols that enhance patient care, streamline practice operations, and support the effective use of regenerative ocular biologics. A key focus of this role is supporting ophthalmic practices in optimizing ocular surface health, managing dry eye disease, and implementing perioperative protocols that improve surgical outcomes, particularly in preparation for procedures such as cataract surgery and other anterior segment interventions. This position requires deep engagement across all functions within a clinical practice, including front desk personnel, billing and coding teams, technicians, optometrists, ophthalmologists, and practice administrators. The Regional Practice Integration Manager acts as a trusted advisor and consultant, helping practices implement best practices that improve workflow efficiency, patient outcomes, and clinical adoption of new technologies. In addition to direct customer engagement, the role supports the field sales organization by educating and training sales representatives on practice integration protocols and workflow strategies that enhance customer value. The individual must demonstrate strong clinical and operational knowledge of ophthalmic and optometric practices and possess the ability to consult, educate, and influence stakeholders at every level of a healthcare organization. This role requires a highly collaborative professional who can work cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, sales training, reimbursement, and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to support commercial execution and ensure successful practice integration across the region. This role directly supports regional revenue growth by accelerating clinical adoption and practice integration of Cellution Biologics’ ocular biologic technologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Practice Integration &
