Reporting to the Vice President of Sales (Eastern \/ Central \/ Western), the RSD leads frontline sales execution and is accountable for building, managing, and developing Territory Sales Representatives (1099), Key Account Managers, and distributor-aligned resources as the organization scales. This role is highly hands-on and field-centric, with accountability for regional quota attainment, team performance, pipeline discipline, account expansion, and launch execution. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in biologics, regenerative medicine, advanced wound care, or medical devices, along with a proven ability to coach teams, drive adoption, and outperform targets in competitive, regulated healthcare markets.
