How do we collect data?

Here's how Cellution Biologics collects user information:

• User voluntary disclosure

  Any information you submit to Cellution Biologics via our website or in any other way is received and stored by us. (e.g. kiosks, offline events, presentations etc)

• E-mail Communications

  Depending on the user's subscription choice, Cellution Biologics provides email communication with its clients. By providing the email details to Cellution Biologics, the user provides unrestricted consent to Cellution Biologics for mailing the product information, marketing/promotional material, updates on new product launches etc. If you would like to stop receiving our marketing emails, simply click the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each email.

• Information we collect from other websites

  Certain types of information are sent to and stored by us when you interact with third-party websites, including but not limited to Cellution Biologics's business partners whether present or past that use our technology or with whom we have a specific agreement. Information gathered through such third-party websites or applications is governed by their terms of use and privacy policies.

• Information from other sources

  When you allow a third-party website to communicate directly with Cellution Biologics's website or mobile application, Cellution Biologics may obtain information from other sources to provide or receive data about you.

  Information previously provided to Cellution BiologicsIf you have previously given Cellution Biologics any information and you have given permission for that information to be shared in the future. You have choices about how we collect and use your data. For example, you may want to access, edit or remove your data on our website or mobile application. You have the option of declining to provide data when asked.

• Cookies

  Cellutions Biologics may use web beacons, pixel tags, cookies, and other tracking technologies across our applications, websites, emails, and online advertisements to gather information about our users. These technologies provide benefits to both consumers and Cellutions Biologics by supporting functions such as account management, auto-filling request forms, location-based services, and more. For instance, we might use cookies to automatically populate location fields based on your IP address. We may also include pixel tags and web beacons in our emails to evaluate the effectiveness of our email campaigns—tracking when messages are opened, how often they’re viewed, and identifying recipients who engage with the content.

  • Examine trends, monitor Customer’s web page movements, help identify you and your shopping cart for aggregate use.
  • Identify which of the store locations containing our Products may be in your closest proximity, provide promotional offers, and to offer to you the Products.
  • Prevent, detect, investigate and take action against crimes (including but not limited to fraud and other financial crimes), any other illegal activities, suspected fraud, or violations of the Company’s terms and conditions in any jurisdiction.
  • Establish, exercise or defend legal rights in connection with legal proceedings (including any prospective legal proceedings) and seek professional or legal advice in relation to such legal proceedings.
  • Comply with any regulation, applicable law, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
• Children's Privacy Protection

  You should be at least 18 years old to contact us or provide us with any information.

  Cellution Biologics does not knowingly collect personal data directly from minors. Any information we collect from minors is always with the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18 years old, do not provide any information by contacting Cellution Biologics directly.

• Disclaimer

  Cellution Biologics tries its best to be transparent with its customers and no material information is intentionally withheld or attempted to be misrepresented. However, in case of any inadvertent mistake or errors being identified, Cellution Biologics cannot be held liable for any claims or damages arising due to such unintended inaccuracies. We do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours, information, or other content available on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free except to the extent implied by applicable law. • Personal Information Collection, Disclosure, and Sale

  For the purposes of this notice, Personal Information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household, or as otherwise defined by the CCPA.

  Personal Information does not include information that is:

  The chart below provides the categories of Personal Information (as defined by the CCPA) we have collected, sold, shared, or otherwise disclosed or used for business or commercial purposes. The examples of Personal Information provided for each category reflect each category's statutory definition and may not reflect all of the specific types of Personal Information associated with each category.

• Use of Personal Information

  Upon collection, we will typically retain each category of your Personal Information listed above for the amount of time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, consistent with all applicable law and our internal retention schedule. In general, as permitted by the CCPA, Personal Information may be used in a manner that is reasonably necessary and proportionate for any of the specific business and commercial purposes listed below:

  6. Transient Use: Short-term transient use, including non-personalized advertising shown as part of a customer's current interaction with us.
  7. Improving Our Services: Verifying or maintaining the quality or safety of our services or any products or devices that we own, manufacture, or control, or improving, upgrading, or enhancing any such service, product, or device.
  8. Marketing: Marketing purposes, such as developing and providing promotional and advertising materials that may be useful, relevant, valuable or otherwise of interest to you.
  9. Personalization: Personalizing your experience on our services such as presenting tailored content.
  10. Deidentification and Aggregation: De-identifying and aggregating information collected through our services and using it for any lawful purpose.
  11. Job Applications: Processing your job application.
  12. Compliance: For compliance purposes, including enforcing our Terms and Conditions or other legal rights, or as may be required by applicable laws and regulations or requested by any judicial process or governmental agency.
  13. Auditing Interactions: PAuditing related to a current interaction with you and concurrent transactions, including, but not limited to, counting ad impressions to unique visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions, and auditing compliance with this specification and other standards.
  14. Debugging: Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
  15. Contracting Vendors: Contracting with service providers or contractors to perform services on our behalf or on their behalf, including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing financing, providing advertising or marketing services, providing analytic services, or providing similar services on behalf of the business or service provider or contractor.
  16. Research: Undertaking research for technological development and demonstration, including clinical trials.
  17. Enabling Transactions:Otherwise enabling or effecting, directly or indirectly, a commercial transaction.
  18. Notified Purpose: For other purposes for which we provide specific notice at the time the information is collected.
  19. Investor Relations: For the purpose of communicating investor relations information.
• Disclosure of Personal Information

  As permitted by the CCPA and all applicable law, for each category of your Personal Information that we collect and disclose as stated in the above chart, we may disclose it to any of the following types of persons or entities.

  1. Our Affiliates.
  2. Government Entities.
  3. Service Providers and Contractors (for Business Purposes).
  4. Third Parties as legally required.
  5. Third Parties in connection with a merger/acquisition.
  6. Third Parties with your consent.

  As stated in the chart above, we do not sell any Personal Information to, or "share" any Personal Information with, any third party. Under the CCPA, the term "share" specifically refers to the transfer of Personal Information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Your California Privacy Rights

  If you are a California resident, you have the rights listed below, which may be exercised according to the instructions in the following section of this Privacy Policy.

• Right to Know and Access.

  You have the right to know what Personal Information we have collected about you, including the categories of Personal Information, the categories of sources from which the Personal Information is collected, the specific business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing the Personal Information, the categories of third-parties to whom we disclosed the Personal Information, and the specific pieces of Personal Information that we have collected about you.

• Right to Delete.

  Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to delete Personal Information about you that we have collected from you.

• Right to Opt-Out.

  Consumers generally have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their Personal Information (i.e., prevent a business that collects their Personal Information from selling or sharing it). As stated in the chart above, we do not sell or “share” any Personal Information that we collect. Under the CCPA, the term “share” specifically refers to the transfer of Personal Information to a third-party for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information.

  Subject to certain exceptions, which are listed in the Request Form (a link to which is included below), you generally have the right to prevent your Sensitive Personal Information from being used or disclosed for business and commercial purposes.

• Right to Equal Service and Price.

  Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment from us for the exercise of your CCPA privacy rights, including an employee’s, applicant’s, or independent contractor’s right not to be retaliated against for the exercise of their CCPA rights.

• Shine the Light.

  We do not rent, sell, or share Personal Information with nonaffiliated companies for their direct marketing uses as contemplated by California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code § 1798.83), except as described above.

• Exercising Your Rights

  To submit a Request to Know and Access, Delete, or Correct your Personal Information or Limit the Use and Disclosure of Your Sensitive Personal Information, you may email our Customer Service Department at customerservice@cellutionbiologics.com. As mentioned in the previous section, we do not sell or “share” any Personal Information that we collect.

• Verification and Use of an Authorized Agent

  Upon receipt of a Request to Know and Access, Delete, or Correct from you, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity to ensure that you are, in fact, the consumer about whom the Personal Information in question has been collected. In particular, we may ask you to confirm your name, email address, or other Personal Information that you have previously provided to us. We may also require a signed statement from you confirming your identity. Any verification steps that we take will comply with all requirements of the CCPA.

  You may authorize an agent to exercise your rights on your behalf. To do so, you or the agent must prepare a written authorization in which you clearly identify the agent and authorize the agent to act on your behalf. The written authorization must be signed by you and the agent. As applicable, you may send the written authorization to us at customerservice@cellutionbiologics.com. Under some circumstances, we may request additional proof regarding the agent’s authorization, including asking to verify your own identity and/or directly confirm that you authorized the agent to exercise your rights.

• Do Not Track

  There is currently no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.
